At Gomila Intersole PK, we strive for perfection in every pair of shoes, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Form.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original Gomila Intersole box along with all tags and the completed return form to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send the package back to our central warehouse in Karachi using a traceable courier service; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned product for quality, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
